摘要
分子成像作为一种全新的非侵入性的成像方式,能在细胞和分子水平上显示生物过程。纳米技术的最新进展扩展了超声和磁共振的分子成像研究。本文重点就液态氟碳纳米粒在超声和磁共振分子成像及靶向药物递送中的应用做简要综述。
Molecular imaging has emerged as a novel non-invasive imaging strategy for imaging the biological processes at the molecular cellular and level. Recent advances in nanotechnology have extended the ultrasound (US) and magnetic resonance(MR) molecular imaging. This review focuses on the applications of liquid perfluorocarbon nanoparticles for noninvasive detection with US, MR and for targeted drug delivery.
