The diagnostics of depression syndrome

探讨有关郁证四诊的注意要点及方法。望眼神是诊断郁证最为重要的方法;闻诊需认真听取患者的病情倾诉,分析其中所反映的思想和性格;问诊与闻诊交叉融合,宜在建立医患信任的基础上由浅入深,重点了解患者有无"为情所伤"及既往病史和素质禀赋;切诊主要指体格检查。在中医传统四诊的基础上,需要结合实验室、有关量表等相关检查手段和方法,综合分析判断。

This paper explores the key points of four diagnostic methods. Inspecting patients＇ eyes is the most important way of diagnosing depression syndrome. Listening to the reflected ideas and dispositions of patients＇ words in the auscultation and olfaction is needed. Integration of auscultation and olfaction as well as inquiry should be built on the basic of trust between doctor and patient, we can pay more attention on the etiology of patients＇ emotional hurts, past history, and natural endowment from the elementary to the profound. Palpation mainly refers to physical examination. Based on the four diagnostic methods of TCM, we also need to combine with the laboratory tests, related scales, and other examinations to make a comprehensive analysis and judgment.
