摘要
目的:研究5%盐酸普萘洛尔乳剂造模周期对豚鼠银屑病模型的影响。方法:5%盐酸普萘洛尔乳剂涂抹豚鼠耳部分别造模14d、21d和28d,测量豚鼠耳部表皮厚度,HE染色观察豚鼠耳部皮肤形态结构的变化。结果:随着5%盐酸普萘洛尔乳剂造模时间的延长,豚鼠耳部表皮厚度逐渐增加,耳部皮肤的病理变化逐渐加重。结论:5%盐酸普萘洛尔乳剂诱发豚鼠银屑病模型的严重程度为造模28d>造模21d>造模14d。
Objective: To study the effects of 5% propranolol hydrochloride emulsion molding period on guinea pig models of psoriasis. Methods: The guinea pig models of psoriasis were made by applying 5% propranolol hydrochloride emulsion to the ear of guinea pig respectively for 14 d, 21 d, and 28 d. The epidermal thickness of guinea pig's ear was measured; HE stain was used to observe the morphological changes of guinea pig's ear skin. Results: Along with modeling time extension, the epidermal thickness of guinea pig's ear increased gradually, the pathological changes of guinea pig's ear skin aggravated gradually. Conclusions: The severity that 5% propranolol hydrochloride emulsion induced guinea pig models of psoriasis is modeling time 28d〉21d〉14d.
