摘要
文章解析PID调节技术在PCB厂房设施的应用,举例说明如何运用PID控制技术,解决系统设备在房间温湿度控制精度能力不足、供水系统压力不稳定、废水处理过程酸碱度偏差大问题,通过PID调节技术自动调节,达到节能减排,减少成本,提升质量的目的。
This study investigated PID controller technology in public facilities of PCB industry, and made examples of how to improve the accuracy of the temperature and humidity, stabilizing the pressure of water system and the pH value of wastewater treatment process by PID control technology, and save energy, reduce costs, improve quality.
