冲击载荷下射孔弹壳体大破片特性的设计及应用 被引量:1

摘要 以渤海油田稠油油藏的胶结疏松地质条件为研究背景,有针对性地设计了一种新型7in高孔密大破片射孔弹。采用AOTUDY和ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件对射孔弹的壳体爆炸破片和射流形成进行数值仿真分析,进行地面模拟装枪穿钢靶试验和单发射孔弹破片收集试验。数值仿真的破片形成效果和射流形态与地面试验结果吻合较好。新型射孔弹的大破片尺寸大于9.53mm,占有率达到85.95%,明显优于常规射孔弹的破片率。在渤海油田实际应用中,壳体形成大破片效果良好,多数留在枪体内,保证了射孔作业安全和后续完井工艺的顺利开展。 The Bohai oilfield's geological condition is unconsolidated heavy oil reservoir, for which we designed a new 7 in high shot density big fragments shaped charge. Numerical simulation analysis is made on the formation of shaped charge case fragments and jet with AOTUDY and ANSYS/LS-DYNA software, and also carried out are steel target test, single charge case fragments collected test and 7 in perforating gun fragments collected test. The experiment results show that numerical simulation of fragments formation and jet has good consistency with ground test results. The big fragments rate of new shaped charge is better than that of common ones. At the same time, the perforation application in Bohai oilfield proves the big fragments forming effect is good, ensuring the perforating operation safety and subsequent completion process smoothly.
