摘要
为探讨黏层材料的类型、喷洒量、养护时间及试验温度及试件级配对路面界面剪切强度的影响,选择阳离子快裂乳化沥青(CRS-1)、橡胶乳化沥青作为黏层材料,利用直剪试验仪来探讨黏层对沥青混凝土界面力学性质的影响。结果表明:界面剪切强度受黏层养护时间的影响,通过黏层材料的破乳比率或黏度发展能合理的量化黏层破乳时间,不同黏层试件的界面凝聚力由大到小排序依次为密级配-密级配(DA-DA)、排水-密级配(PA-DA)、排水-沥青玛蹄脂碎石级配(PA-SMA);温度变化对沥青混凝土界面剪切强度与界面凝聚力都有显著的影响,PA-SMA界面剪切强度受温度变化影响最小。
In order to investigate the influences of type, spray amount, curing time of tack coat, test temperature and specimen gradation on the shear strength of interface, with cationic fast crack emulsified asphalt (CRS-1) and emulsified asphalt of rubber as tack coat materials, direct shear testing apparatus was used to analyze the influence of tack coat on mechanical properties of the interface of asphalt concrete. The results show that shear strength of interface is influenced by curing time of tack coat. The breaking time of tack coat is quantified reasonably through the ratio of breaking emulsion or viscosity development of tack coat material. The degree of interface cohesion among different specimens of tack coat from big to small would be dense asphalt-dense asphalt (DA-DA), porous asphalt-dense asphalt (PA-DA), porous asphalt-stone mastic asphalt (PA-SMA). Temperature variation has significant influence on shear strength and cohesion of interface of asphalt concrete. The change in temperature has the least influence on shear strength of PA-SMA gradation.
