甲状腺相关性眼病严重程度影响因素分析

Analysis of factors affecting the severity of hyroid associated ophthalmopathy

甲状腺相关性眼病（thyroidassociatedophthal—mopathy，TAO）是器官特异性自身免疫性疾病，其发病的影响因素众多，如性别、家族史、吸烟、促甲状腺激素（thyroidstimulatinghormone，TSH）水平、131I治疗、甲状腺炎症病史、外伤、手术、功能异常、感染、辐射、恶性肿瘤等。但有关TAO严重程度的相关因素的研究较少，结论不一。现将我院收治的TAO患者的严重程度及其影响因素报道如下。
