护理干预对消化性溃疡复发的预防效果观察

Observation on the preventive effect of nursing intervention on the recurrence of peptic ulcer

目的：观察护理干预对消化性溃疡复发的预防效果。方法：选择2013年7月~2014年9月来我院治疗消化性溃疡患者90例,随机将其分成两组,每组45例。对照组患者采用常规护理;治疗组患者在对照组患者护理基础上进行护理干预,观察两组患者护理后依从性及复发情况。结果：治疗组患者复发率明显低于对照组患者,差异显著（P〈0.05）;治疗组患者的依从性明显高于对照组患者,差异显著（P〈0.05）。结论：对消化性溃疡采用护理干预效果明显,能有效的提高患者依从性,减少复发率,提高患者的生活质量,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective： Observation of Nursing Intervention preventive effect of peptic ulcer recurrence. Methods：Select July 2013- September 2014 to our hospital 90 cases of peptic ulcer patients were randomly divided into two groups, 45 cases each. In the control group were treated with routine care; nursing intervention in patients treated with control patients in nursing on the basis of observed groups of patients after treatment compliance; recurrence was observed two groups of patients. Results：The relapse rate in the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group of patients, the difference was significant（P 0.05）; compliance of treated patients was significantly higher in patients with significant difference（P 0.05）. Conclusion：Peptic ulcer using nursing intervention effect is obvious, can effectively improve patient compliance and reduce the recurrence rate and improve the quality of life of patients with high clinical value.
