摘要
本文主要针对我校非体育专业女生中长跑项目的教学特点,就如何调动学生学习积极性减少枯燥感及采用多样化和层次分组教学等教学手段方面,探析上好中长跑课的一些教学方法。
Aiming at the teaching characteristics of long and medium distance running for the female students not majoring in physical education, this article probes into some teaching approaches on how tobring the students' learning initiative into full play, to diminish the dullness, to adopt divelsified andclassified teaching methods so as to make the classes on long and medium distance runnng much more satisfactory.
