五星教学模式中教师角色的匹配性探究 被引量:4

摘要 五星教学模式的有效性与应用性已渐渐得到教育界的普遍认可,本文将对五星教学模式中的五大核心要素与教师角色的匹配进行相应阐述,即聚焦解决问题——教师是领导者、激活原有知识——教师是引导者、展示论证新知——教师是主导者、尝试应用练习——教师是促进者、融会贯通掌握——教师是观赏者,进而促进有效教学和学生发展。
