以校企合作为依托提升材料学专业学生就业能力

To Enhangce the Material Science′Employment Ability by School Enterprise Cooperation

培养具有实践能力、创新能力的本科专业人才既是高校教育的教学改革目标,也是社会经济发展的热切要求。本文阐述了目前材料学专业校企合作的中存在的主要问题,探讨了校企合作培养材料学专业学生的几种模式,并对校企合作就业实习基地的构建提出了一些建议,以期对探索材料学专业乃至工科专业的就业新模式提供思路。

The cultivation of the practical ability and innovation ability of undergraduate professional personnel is not only the teaching reform of higher education,but also the enthusiasm of social and economic development.This paper expounds the main problems existing in the cooperation between materials science and enterprises,discusses several modes of the school enterprise cooperation and training materials,and puts forward some suggestions on the construction of school enterprise cooperation and employment practice base.
