在机械加工过程中,当工艺基准与设计基准不重合时,不仅会带来工艺尺寸链换算,而且还可能产生假废品.假废品是一个合格品零件,假废品处理不当就会带来不必要的浪费和成本的增加.本文分析了机械加工过程中假废品的定义及其产生的原因,推导出了产生假废品的区间;并得出了正确处理机加工过程中假废品的办法.
