摘要
在机械加工过程中,当工艺基准与设计基准不重合时,不仅会带来工艺尺寸链换算,而且还可能产生假废品.假废品是一个合格品零件,假废品处理不当就会带来不必要的浪费和成本的增加.本文分析了机械加工过程中假废品的定义及其产生的原因,推导出了产生假废品的区间;并得出了正确处理机加工过程中假废品的办法.
In the process of mechanical processing, when the benchmark and the design of the benchmark does not coincide, it will not only bring the process dimension chain conversion, but also may producefalsewaste, false scrap isaqualifiedproductparts, processingwill leadto unnecessary waste and cost increase.
