平原地区常年与五年一遇最高内涝水位的确定 被引量:1

摘要 在架空输电线路勘测过程中,常要求提供常年最高内涝水位或5年一遇最高内涝水位。然而,规程却未明确给出常年最高内涝水位的概念或定义。本文利用Pearson—Ⅲ型分布和极值Ⅰ型分布的中心数字特征与统计参数的关系,分析了平原地区常年最高内涝水位的重现期,并建议取"历年平均最高内涝水位"或"频率为40%(2.5年一遇)最高内涝水位"来定义"常年最高内涝水位"。基于平原地区暴雨产流原理,提出了一种推求5年一遇及常年最高内涝水位的简便算法,通过苏北平原地区典型的农田、鱼塘等平断面的现场查勘,对推算成果进行了合理性检查。 In the investigation and surveying of overhead transmission line, designer always calculates highest waterlogging level which is the perennial or 5-year return period. The process and rules do not provide the clear definition of perennial highest waterlogging. According the relationship with characteristic parameters and central digital features, the article analyzed return period of perennial highest waterlogging in plains, and defined it as the average value of the highest waterlogging over the years or 2.5-year return period waterlogging (associated with an annual probability of 0.4), which can been instructive. Based on the runoffproducing principle in plain area, the article showed an easy way to calculate the perennial and 5-year return period highest waterlogging level, which proved by investigating and surveying in farmland and fish pond in the north of Jiangsu province.
