摘要
目的分析中枢神经系统生殖细胞瘤的手术原因。方法回顾性分析首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院神经外科从2008年2月至2013年6月手术治疗的37例经病理证实的生殖细胞瘤的临床特点及预后。结果本组病例中3例活检术,其余均近全或全切肿瘤。手术死亡2例,术后行系统放化疗控制肿瘤良好。结论只有进一步加强对中枢神经系统生殖细胞瘤认识,才能使患者避免接受手术治疗。
Objective The causes of the operation for central nerves system germinoma are investigated. Methods The clinical features and prognosis of 37 consecutive cases of germinomas confirmed by pathological examination in Department of Neurosurgery at Beijing Tiantan Hospital between February 2008 and June 2013 were reviewed.Results Three cases were biopsied and the others were gross totally resected or totally resected.Two cases died after the surgery.The tumors were controlled in stable conditions by chemtherathpy and radiotheraphy. Conclusion The understanding of central nervous system germinoma should be further strengthened to avoid the surgery.
