N-乙酰天冬氨酰谷氨酸在神经保护中的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 N-乙酰天冬氨酰谷氨酸( N-acetyl-aspartyl-glutamate, NAAG)是一种重要的内源性神经保护递质,其作用于突触前膜的第Ⅱ组代谢型谷氨酸受体第3亚型( groupⅡ metabotropic glutamate receptor subtype 3, mGluR3),具有极强的抑制脑损伤后兴奋性递质谷氨酸进一步释放的作用[1]。本文对近年来NAAG在神经保护的相关研究进展进行回顾和探讨。
