摘要
目的检测晚期氧化蛋白产物(AOPP)、缺血修饰蛋白(IMA)在子痫前期(PE)患者中的水平及其与病情及相关肾功能指标的关系。方法选取2010年1月—2013年12月PE患者60例为研究对象,其中30例为轻度PE患者,30例为重度PE患者,选择50例正常妊娠孕妇为正常妊娠组。检测受试者血清肌酐(SCr)、尿素氮(BUN)、24 h尿蛋白、尿酸(UA)、AOPP、IMA水平,并对相关指标进行相关性分析。结果PE组血清AOPP、IMA、SCr、BUN、24h尿蛋白和UA水平高于正常妊娠组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),重度PE组AOPP、IMA、SCr、BUN、24 h尿蛋白和UA水平明显高于轻度PE组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);AOPP与SCr、BUN、24 h尿蛋白、UA水平均呈正相关(r=0.498、0.502、0.487、0.462、P=0.009、0.006、0.011、0.015);IMA与SCr、BUN、24h尿蛋白、UA水平均呈正相关(r=0.392、0.401、0.385、0.360、P=0.018、0.017、0.021、0.026);AOPP与IMA水平亦呈正相关(r=0.509、P=0.002)。结论PE患者血清中AOPP、IMA水平明显升高,AOPP、IMA的高水平与PE严重程度及肾功能密切相关,AOPP、IMA可作为预测PE严重程度及肾功能损害的指标。
Objective To detect the levels of advanced oxidation protein products ( AOPP) and ischemic modified protein ( IMA) in patients with preeclampsia ( PE) and its relationship with the disease and related renal function .Methods From January 2010 to December 2013 , 60 PE patients were enrolled as the research object , including 30 cases of patients with mild PE, 30 cases of severe PE patients , 50 cases of normal pregnant women as normal pregnancy group .Serum creatinine (SCr), urea nitrogen (BUN), 24 h urine protein, uric acid (UA), IMA, AOPP level were detected.Results PE group’s AOPP, IMA, SCr, serum BUN, 24h urinary protein and UA levels were higher than normal pregnancy group , the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈0.01), in severe PE group, AOPP, IMA, SCr, BUN, 24h urinary protein and UA levels were significantly higher than that of mild PE group , the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈0.05);AOPP was posi-tively correlated with SCr, BUN, 24h, UA urinary protein level ( r =0.498, r =0.502, r =0.487, r =0.462, P =0.009, P =0.006, P =0.011, P =0.015); IMA was positively correlated with SCr , BUN, 24h urinary protein the level of UA (r =0.392, r =0.401, r =0.385, r =0.360, P =0.018, P =0.017, P =0.021, P =0.026), AOPP and the level of IMA was positively correlated ( r =0.509, P =0.002).Conclusion PE patients’ AOPP, IMA levels were increased sig-nificantly, AOPP, IMA’s high level and the severity of PE and renal function are closely related , and AOPP, IMA can be as the prediction of the severity of PE and impaired renal function index .
