摘要
由于液晶显示屏生产工艺流程的要求,在其洁净生产厂房内需使用氢气、三氟化氮、氨气等特种气体及异丙醇、丙酮等危险化学品,存在可燃有毒气体、液体泄漏引发火灾、爆炸和中毒事故的危险。应用ALOHA软件来模拟这些事故后果,分析特种气体及危险化学品的火灾危险性,分析结果显示,特种气体、危险化学品泄漏所造成的后果较严重。为了保证人员及财产的安全,在加强建筑、工艺、消防设施方面的安全设计和消防安全管理方面提出了安全防范措施。
Due to the requirements of the production process of the liquid crystal display, a clean production workshop is supplied with hydrogen, trifluoride nitrogen, ammonia and other special gases and isopropanol, acetone and other hazardous chemicals. The flammable gas and toxic gas and liquid leakage tend to inflict the risk of a fire, explosion or poisoning accident. Using ALOHA software to simulate the consequences of the accident, this paper makes an analysis of the fire risk of a special gas and hazardous chemicals. The analysis results show that the special gases, dangerous chemicals leakage caused by the consequence is serious. In order to ensure the safety of personnel and property, the paper offers some suggestions in terms of the construction, technology, and facility fire safety design and fire safety management.
