高层建筑消防设施维护管理探讨

On the Maintenance and Management of Fire-fighting Equipment in High-rise Buildings

高层建筑的发展,在满足社会生产需要和人类生活需求的同时,其弊端也逐渐暴露,其中火灾带来的危害日渐凸显。通过几起高层建筑火灾案例比较,指出消防设施在高层建筑中的重要作用,并在对高层建筑消防设施现状剖析的基础上,分析了当前高层建筑消防设施管理维护中存在的问题和薄弱环节,针对具体问题提出相应维护管理措施。

The development of high - rise buildings is a necessity to meet the need of social production and human life, but at the same time, there exit many problems with fire prevention. Based on some case studying, this paper points out the vital function of fire - fighting equipment in high - rise buildings. On the basis of the current analysis of its equipments, the paper also analyzes the existing problems and weaknesses of the maintenance and management of the equipment. At last, it proposes some relevant measures of maintenance and management.
