区域信息资源共享体系建设研究——以大庆地区为例

The Research and Construction Countermeasures of Regional Information Resource Sharing System: Taking Daqing for Example

文章在探讨区域信息资源共享相关理论内涵的基础上,分析建立区域信息资源共享体系的意义和所要面临的问题,针对我国的重要工业基地大庆市的实际情况和特点,提出大庆地区信息资源共享体系建设的目标、原则和方案。

Based on the theoretical connotation of regional information resources sharing,this paper analyses the significance and problems of establishing regional information resources system. Combined with the actual situation and characteristics of the city of Daqing as important industrial base in our country,this paper put forward the goal,principle and scheme of establishing regional information resources system in Daqing area.
