钙离子及蛋白激酶C在低氧肺动脉高压平滑肌细胞中的作用 被引量:3

摘要 低氧性肺动脉高压的发病机制较为复杂,至今尚不完全清楚。目前已有研究表明,低氧性肺动脉高压是多种离子通道、信号分子以及相关细胞因子等相互作用的结果。低氧肺动脉高压的病理生理基础包括肺动脉内皮细胞功能失调、肺动脉平滑肌细胞(pulmonary arterial smooth muscle cells,PASMCs)增生、肺血管收缩和原位血栓形成,
