军事攀登专项力量指标体系构建与教学实验研究

On the Construction of Specific Strength Indicators System and Teaching Experiment in Military Climbing

针对军事攀登的专项力量需求及部队训练实际,通过文献资料法、专家调查法、教学实验法和数理统计法等研究方法对军事攀登专项力量训练指标体系进行了理论构建和教学实验。实验结果表明:军事攀登专项力量训练相对一般力量训练具有明显的优势,更能显著提高受训者的攀登成绩。

Based on the need of special strength and training fact of the army,by using methods of document search,expert inquisition,mathematic statistics and teaching experiment,the specific strength indicators system and teaching experiment of military climbing were researched in the paper. The results reveal that the training of special strength is better than the general strength to advance the achievement of military climbing.
