摘要
运用反向消隙误差分离技术,剔除仪器导轨(基准)误差的影响,为在万工显上进行直线度的精密测量提供了方法的依据。
Using reverse backlash error separation technique, the influence of equipment rail (base) error was excluded. So universal tool-measuring microscope eould be used to measure straightness precisely. It provides the basis for the method.
