电子驻车制动控制单元改进设计及验证

摘要 传统电机驱动方式采取单独电源处理芯片、双电机驱动芯片、双H桥驱动,占用空间较大,成本较高。为了解决此问题,采取TI的集成电机驱动芯片TPIC7710结合继电器方式,最大限度降低成本、节省空间的同时提高了系统的可靠性。经功能测试台验证,完全满足设计要求。 The traditional motor driver unit is make up of independent LDO, dual motor driver IC, two H-bridge. This scheme spends a large space and a high cost. In order to solve these problems, the mode that ASIC TPIC7710 of TI was combined with relays was adopted. This solution could farthest cut down cost and save space of PCB, at the same time the reliability of the system could be enhanced. Test shows that it can totally satisfy the requirements.
