摘要
制动盘热仿真是制动盘研究的一大课题。通过计算制动盘热能生成与仿真热能散失,对制动盘热仿真分析方法进行研究,并通过台架试验证明了制动盘热仿真分析方法的有效性,为制动盘设计提供借鉴。
The thermal CAE analysis is one of the most common subject in research area about brake disc. The method of brake disc thermal CAE analysis was researched through the calculation of the emerging heat of braking disc and the simulation of its lost. The effectiveness of this method was proved by bench test. It provides reference for the brake disc design.
