摘要
以某飞机球面框设计为例,应用理论计算以及有限元方法对影响气密框设计的主要参数进行研究,得到球面框设计的最佳角度为60度,球皮厚度与筋条数目均为影响球面框稳定性的重要因素。对于机身半径为1000mm的某型飞机,飞机球面框结构的最优设计为球面框角度60度,球皮厚度0.8mm,纵向加筋数目8根。本结论对于球面框初步设计具有指导意义。
Abstract: The primary parameters of an aircraft bulkhead is studied using theoretical formulas and finite element method, and it is obtained that the optimum angle of bulkhead is 60° and the skin thickness and the number of stiffeners have great impact on the buckling performance of bulkhead. For an aircraft with fuselage diameter of 1000mm, the optimum design is that the bulkhead angel is 60° ,and the skin thickness is 0.8mm and the number of stiffeners is 8.
