摘要
职业健康心理学是在心理学与职业健康的交叉领域发展起来的一个新兴学科。欧洲学者认为职业健康心理学是心理学的一个分支学科,成立了欧洲职业健康心理学会,出版《工作与压力》,其代表性研究机构为英国诺丁汉大学的工作、健康与组织研究所;美国学者则强调职业健康心理学的独立性和跨学科性,成立了职业健康心理学会,出版《职业健康心理学杂志》,其代表性研究机构为国家职业安全与健康研究所。我国职业健康心理学的研究还处于起步阶段,未来的研究应当坚持积极与消极的视角并举,现状调查与预防、干预、促进研究并重,并关注文化和职业的特异性。
Occupational Health Psychology (OHP)is a new discipline which developed on the boundary of psychology and occupational health science.European scholars who think OHP as a sub-field of psychology have established European Academy of Occupational Health Psychology, publishedWork&Stress,and set up the representative institution of Institute of Work,Health& Organization in Nottingham University,England.Emphasizing independence and inter-discipline of OHP,American scholars have established Society for Occupational Health Psychology, published Journal of Occupational Health Psychology,and set up the representative institution of National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health.Research on OHP is in its infancy stage in China.We should do our study from both positive and negative perspectives,keep the balance between investigation of current situation and its prevention,intervention and promotion study, and pay close attention to the specificity of different cultures and occupations.
