摘要
以大棚秋黄瓜为研究对象,采用大棚盆栽试验,研究了增氧灌溉对大棚秋黄瓜壮苗指标的影响。结果表明:通过相关性分析,筛选出总鲜重或冠鲜重作为秋黄瓜壮苗的单项指标,根干重/冠干重或根鲜重/冠鲜重作为秋黄瓜壮苗的相对指标,茎粗/株高×总鲜重×10或(茎粗/株高+根冠比鲜)×鲜重作为秋黄瓜壮苗的复合指标。通过复合指通径分析,认为茎粗、总鲜重、根鲜重对壮苗指数有正向的决定作用,株高对壮苗指数有负向的决定作用。增氧灌溉对大棚秋黄瓜壮苗指标有显著影响,可以通过调控生长环境,促进茎粗、根系生长,增加植株重量,同时有效控制株高来提高秋黄瓜幼苗的质量。
Taking greenhouse autumn cucumber as the research object, the study conducted greenhouse pot experiments to investigate the impact of aerated irrigation on the seedling quality index of greenhouse autumn cucumber. The results showed that through correlation analysis, we screened out the total fresh weight or shoot fresh weight as a single index of autumn cucumber seedling quality, root dry weight /shoot dry weight or root fresh weight/shoot fresh weight as a relative index, stem diameter / plant height ×total fresh weight×10 or(stem diameter/plant height + fresh root to shoot ratio)×fresh weight as a composite index. Through the path analysis, it was indicated that stem diameter, total fresh weight, root fresh weight had a positive function on the seedling index, while plant height had a negative function on the seedling index. Aerated irrigation had significant effects on the seedling quality index of autumn cucumber, which could promote the increase of stem diameter and the growth of roots and increase the plant weight via regulating and controlling the growth environment, and meanwhile, improve the quality of autumn cucumber seedling through the effective control of plant height.
