摘要 采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定了日南1号等8个早熟温州蜜柑样品中8种矿质元素的含量,建立了早熟温州蜜柑矿质元素指纹图谱,并通过主成分分析和聚类分析对其特征元素进行评价。结果表明,早熟温州蜜柑的特征元素为K、Mg、Ca、Na、Se;聚类分析将8个温州蜜柑样品聚成2大类,其中山下蜜冠、红A系-1和山下红A系-2为一类;日南1号、旭冠(日罐2#-2)、大分1号(河冲土)、大分1号(山地)和畸久堡为一类。这在一定程度上体现了温州蜜柑样品的亲缘关系和地域分布特征,同时为温州蜜柑的品种鉴定与评价提供理论依据。 The study determined the contents of 8 mineral elements in 8 sample of precocious satsuma mandarin by means of ICP-MS,established the fingerprints of mineral elements and evaluated the characteristic elements by SPSS cluster analysis and principal component analysis. The analysis result showed that K, Mg, Ca, Na and Se were the characteristic elements in precocious satsuma mandarin. The results of Q-type cluster analysis showed that the samples could be clustered reasonably into two groups, among which Shanxia Miguan,Red A line-1 and Shanxia Red A line-2 belonged to one group and Rinan No.1, Xuguan(Riguan2#-2), Dafen No.1(Hechongtu), Dafen No.1(Shandi) and Qijiubao belonged to the other one. It reflects the genetic kinship and geographical distribution of satsuma mandarin samples to some extent, and provides references for the identification and evaluation of satsuma mandarin varieties.
