设计一种全自动搅拌和面机,整机采用西门子公司的S7-200型PLC控制,能够自动完成加面、加水、搅拌、推出成型等过程,也可根据用户的实际需求调整加面量、注水量和搅拌速度及时间,以期得到不同层次的面团效果,极大地提升了劳动生产率和使用效果,具有一定的推广意义。

In this paper, a new design of automatic mixing kneading machine, the machine adopts S7-200 control, PLC Siemens, can automatically eomplete with surface water, stirring, molding process, launch, can also according to the actual needs of the user＇s adjustment of flour, water injection rate and stirring speed and time, in order to get the effect of different levels, greatly improve the labor productivity and the use effect, the promo- tion of a certain significance.
