经编双针床双贾卡提花鞋面工艺研究

Knitting Technology of Warp-knitted Double Jacquard Vamp Fabrics on Double Bed Warp Knitting Machine

从生产设备、编织的理论基础、工艺软件操作等方面入手,阐述在双针床双贾卡经编机上编织运动提花鞋面的工艺和技巧。并举例在RDPJ4/2型双针床拉舍尔贾卡经编机上编织一体成形鞋面的工艺,包括原料选择、机器参数、上机工艺参数、编织要点、后整理注意事项等。指出,通过双贾卡的自由提花和不同种类或不同颜色纱线的选择,以及编织工艺的改进,可以在双针床双贾卡经编机上编织个性、时尚的一体成形鞋面,从而为双针床双贾卡经编机机型在新的鞋面领域的开发和应用提供参考。

This paper presents the technology and skills of knitting sports jacquard vamp on double-bed and double jacquard warp knitting machine in terms of the theoretical principle of knitting, production facilities, knitting processing software＇s operation and some other aspects. It also illustrates the one-piece vamp knitting technology on RDPJ4/2 double needle bed jacquard Raschel warp knitting machine, including raw material selection, machine pa- rameters, technological parameters for machine operation key points of knitting, precautions in post-finishing and so on. This paper also indicates that the one-piece vamp with much individuality and fashion can be knitted on double needle bed and jacquard warp knitting machine by means of adopting double loop-formed jacquard, choosing threads in different types and colors, improving knitting processes. This paper provides the reference value of the develop- ment and application of the double needle bed and double jacquard warp knitting machine in knitting new vamp fabrics.
