Process Design of Quilted Knitting Fabric on Double Computer Jacquard Circular Knitting Machine

本文在双面电脑提花圆机上,设计3款用不同成缝方式形成不同图案效果的绗缝面料,包括反面纱线在正面成圈、正面纱线在正面成圈,反面纱线在正面集圈、正面纱线在正面成圈,反面纱线在正面成圈、正面纱线在正面浮线。详细介绍3种面料的花纹设计意匠图,上机编织工艺,纱线排列,绗缝图案特点等。实际生产中,可以根据设计要求、意匠图、纱线颜色等要素来选择合适的绗缝图案和成缝方式,进一步丰富绗缝面料的设计。

The paper develops three new kinds of knitting quilted fabrics on the double computer jacquard cir- cular knitting machine with different patterns and stitch methods, including are face loops knitted by using back yarn, face loops knitted by using face yarn and face tucks knitted by using back yarn, face loops knitted by using back yarn and face misses knitted by using face yarn. It also introduces in detail the design notations, knitting process, yarn arrange and pattern feature of the knitting quilted fabrics. So in actual production, the suitable quilt- ed pattern and stitch method should be selected according to the design requirement, pattern notation and yarn col- or in order to enrich the design of knitting quilted fabrics.
