摘要
采用Sorona R、锦纶、锦氨包覆纱和Sorona R包氨纶纱为原料,在SM8-TR1型无缝针织机上编织纬平针、纬平添纱、小网眼和大网眼组织,经吸湿排汗整理,组成16种吸湿排汗无缝针织面料。分别测试面料的厚度和克质量、透湿性、速干性、透气性和拉伸弹性等性能,并通过服用性能综合评价分析不同原料和组织结构组合时各种面料的服用性能特点。结果表明,面纱为SoronaR、地纱为锦氨包覆纱的面料综合服用性能最好,该研究为该类产品的设计和开发提供参考。
The paper develops 16 kinds of knitted fabrics on the SM8-TR1 seamless knitting machine by using Sorona, nylon, spandex wrapped by nylon yarn and Sorona wrapped by nylon yarn, which are conducted with moisture absorption and perspiration treatment to four different structures including plain, plain plating, small mesh and mesh. Then the thickness and gram mass, moisture permeability, quick drying, air permeability and ten- sile elastic properties of these fabrics are tested to make comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the wearing characteristics of the fabrics. The results showed that the fabrics with S/P raw material has the best comprehensive wearing properties, which can provide a certain reference for designing and developing these kinds of products.
