摘要
针对目前传统服装制造企业普遍面临的员工管理难、生产成本难以控制、员工离职率高等问题,海阳市信诚制衣有限公司大胆创新抛弃原有的工业化大生产流水线作业模式,采取以家庭为单位的阿米巴经营模式。本文详细分析这一方式的引入、实施过程、获得效果及经验启示。"离土不离乡、离乡不离家"的信诚阿米巴创业园模式在一年多的实际运营中极大地调动了员工生产积极性和能动性,取得了初步成功。
In terms of the problems of the employee management difficulty, the production cost control inefficiency, the higher rate of the dimission in the traditional garment manufacturing enterprises, the Haiyang Xincheng Garment Limited Company uses the family-based Amoeba management model instead of industrial flow process of the sweater. The paper describes in detail the introduction, implementation process, implementation effect, experience and inspiration of the Amoeba management model. The results show that Xincheng Garment Limited Company greatly encourages the staff's initiative and dynamism, achieves the preliminary success in more than one year by implementing the Amoeba management model.
