摘要
衰老的过程极其复杂,伴随着精力衰退、智力迟钝、记忆力减退的症状,有的还会出现相关的老年疾病,如老年痴呆、阿尔茨海默症等。而海马与许多高级神经活动,行为反应以及植物性神经功能密切相关,参与空间学习和记忆的过程,还与近期记忆和存储信息密切相关,是最易受衰老影响的脑区之一,而且AD和SD的病理改变常见于海马,因此海马成为研究中枢神经衰老的重要部位。
Aging process is extremely complex.Along with symptoms of energy decline,mental retardation and memory loss,relevant old age diseases such as senile dementia and Alzheimer 's psychosis will appear. Hippocampus is closely related with many higher nervous activities,behavioral responses and vegetative nervous function.It also takes part in the process of spatial learning and memory,and is closely related with recent memory and stored information,so it is one of the brain regions that are most vulnerable to the effects of aging. What’s more,pathological changes of AD and SD are frequently seen in hippocampus,making hippocampus becoming an important part to study the aging of central nervous.
