大学生篮球队凝聚力影响机制研究

Study on Influencing Mechanism of University Basketball Team Cohesion

目的:团队凝聚力的影响因素是多样的、复杂的,为了探讨团队凝聚力的后件变量的贡献度。方法:采用相关分析和多元线性回归分析对参加2014年空军勤务学院的篮球选修课的100名在校大学生进行分析。结果:(1)大学生篮球队凝聚力的认同度为:群体任务吸引、群体任务一致性、群体社交吸引和群体社交一致性;大学生篮球队凝聚力的影响因素的认同度为:教练员的素质、运动员个性特征、人际关系、运动队内部特征和外界激励。(2)教练员素质因素解释量为42.8%、运动员个性特征20.2%、人际关系10.3%、运动队内部特征8.4%、外界激励6.2%。结论:大学生篮球队凝聚力的养成和培养不仅受到主观因素的制约,还要受到客观因素的制约。

As factors influencing team cohesion are various and complex,the paper is intended to explore to what degree does the variants contribute to team cohesion.The study is carried out by adopting correlation analysis and multivariate linear regression analysis to analyze 100 college students in basketball selective course in 2014 of Air Force Logistics College.The results are identification of the university basketball team cohesion includes group task attraction,group task consistency,group social communication attraction and group social communication consistency;influencing factors of identification of university basketball team cohesion are：coaches’quality, athletes’personal character,interpersonal relationship,internal characteristics and external stimulus of sports team;explained quantity of the four are 42.8%,20.2%,10.3%,8.4% and 6.2% respectively.The paper concludes that the forming and cultivation of university basketball team cohesion are restricted not only by subjective factors,but also by objective factors.
