高职学生体育弱势群体体育行为成因及其教学策略研究

摘要 本文从教育部指导纲要出发,对高职院校体育弱势群体概念进行了界定,分析了影响体育弱势群体体育行为的内部因素,包括生理因素、健身意识和心理因素;外部因素,包括教学内容枯燥、教学方法单一、消费能力不强和场地器材匮乏等,最后提出了六个教学策略,包括:提高体育锻炼意识、合理分类并因材施教、学生自主选择项目、开展有效的组织形式、建立健全健康档案和制定客观的评价标准等。 Starting from Guidance Outline by Ministry of Education, the paper defines the concept of disadvantageous sports group in higher vocational colleges and analyzes internal and external factors that affecting sports behavior of disadvantageous sports group.Internal factors include physiological factors,health awareness and psychological factors while external factors include boring teaching content,simplified teaching method,weak consumption capacity and lack of field and equipment.Finally,the paper proposes 6 teaching strategies as follows:increase awareness to do physical exercise;carry out reasonable classification and teach students in accordance with their aptitude;free choice of programs by students;carry out effective organization;establish sound health records and develop objective evaluation standards.
