摘要
选取100名18-19岁大一女生作为研究对象,并进行了15周体育基础课的跟踪观察。结果发现,体育基础课能够快速有效的提高大一女生的体质水平,表明体育基础课对于大一女生的身体形态、机能和素质均能起到促进作用;但是大一女生对体育基础课的运动体验却不是很理想,调查发现大一女生对体育基础课的运动保持率相对较低。建议在高校公共体育课中,重视学生的运动体验,轻体育课的教学形式。
The author selects 100 freshman girls aging 18 -19 as his research subjects and conducts a follow -up observation of 15 weeks of basic P.E.course.The results show that basic P.E.course can quickly and effectively improve freshman girls’physical fitness,meaning that basic P.E.course can promote their body shape,function and quality;but the effect on their sports experience of basic P.E.course is not satisfactory,as investigation discovers low rate of freshman girls keeping doing exercise of basic P.E.course.The paper suggests paying attention to students’sports experience rather than the teaching form of P.E.classes in university public P.E. classes.
