摘要
随着我国老龄化问题的日益加剧,中老年人的健康问题越来越受到关注。为了更好地践行强国体育,实现中国梦,促进中老年人的健康发展,本文采用文献资料法,调查法,根据中老年人的解剖生理特点,健康状况,提出中老年人运动处方的制定原则,方法和注意事项,旨在为中老年人健身提供依据。本文还对中老年人患某些常见慢性疾病制定运动处方,引导中老年人通过合理有效的运动锻炼和健康的生活方式来实现身心健康,促进社会的可持续发展。
Along with the aging problems,health issue of middle and old -aged people has drawn more and more attention.In order to better practice power sports,realize the Chinese Dream and to promote healthy development of the elderly,this article comes up with principles,methods and matters need attention for making exercise prescriptions for the elderly with methods of literature and investigation and based on anatomical physiology characteristics of the elderly.The paper hopes to provide basis for elderly fitness.This article also formulates exercise prescription for some common chronic diseases among the elderly to guide the elderly to achieve physical and mental health through reasonable and effective exercise and healthy lifestyle and to promote sustainable development of the society.
