摘要
把杆练习是芭蕾舞常用的形体训练方式,不仅可以增进练习者的肢体力量,提高练习者的身体协调性和柔韧性,还能增强练习者的平衡能力。研究认为,将把杆练习应用到健美操训练当中,也能在很大程度上促进健美操的训练效果,提高健美操练习者的技术水平,是健美操体型训练的最佳方法。
Practice at barre is a common body -training method in ballet,as it can not only strengthen the practitioner’s body strength,improve his body coordination and flexibility,but also enhance his balance ability. Studies suggest that applying practice at barre to aerobics training can largely promote the training effect of aerobics and improve technical level of aerobics practitioners.So it is the best method for training body shape in aerobics.
