法律援助宣传工作的拓展——基于福建省大田县受援人法律援助知晓率的调查分析

法律援助宣传是广大人民群众了解法律援助的重要途径。目前,我国法律援助存在覆盖面不广、在困难群众中知晓率不高等问题。通过对法律援助案件受援人和来访咨询受援人知晓率的调查,分析受援人了解法律援助的途径和法律援助宣传工作的现实不足,为进一步拓展法律援助宣传工作提供新思路和新方法。

Legal aid publicity is the most important ways for people to understand the legal aid. But the cur- rent legal aid coverage is not wide enough, and people in need are not highly aware of it. The investigation of the awareness of the recipient in legal aid cases and advisory services, and the analysis of the ways and insufficiencies that the recipient understand the legal aid provide us with new ideas and methods for further extending of the legal aid publicity.
