The leading party members are important object of ideological and political education. Their ideo- logical and political quality directly decides the whole social trends, which is the key to implement the ＂Four Com- prehensive. ＂ To strengthen the leading party members＇ ideological and political education needs to keep the rela- tion with the masses of the people, perfect the laws and regulations, firm the leading cadres＇ ideal faith, strengthen the leading cadres＇ education and training.
