摘要 近年来,随着国民经济的发展,河南省中小型零售企业蓬勃发展,河南胖东来商贸集团凭借优秀的企业文化、人性化的管理系统、亲情服务及资源整合等优势取得了一定成功,而反观许多中小型零售企业,却存在着企业文化组织不健全、竞争手段同质化、缺乏完善的顾客信息沟通反馈机制等问题,因此,要从完善企业文化建设、创新竞争手段、健全服务体系、完善信息沟通反馈机制等方面着手,提高中小型零售企业的竞争力,实现零售业的良性增长。 In recent years, small and medium-sized retailing enterprises have prospered and played a great role in fostering economic development. Different enterprises are different in competitiveness due to their scale, running strategies, etc. However, PDL Trade and Business Group of Henan has achieved success by means of out- standing enterprise culture, humanity management, family-like service and resource integration. But some problems exist in other enterprises such as incomplete enterprise culture, homogenization of competition, lack of perfect cus- tomer information communication and feedback mechanism. Therefore, small and medium-sized enterprises should construct enterprise culture, innovate competitive means, build service system and improve the mechanism of infor- mation communication and feedback in order to improve competiveness and achieve economic growth.
