高师院校教师教学能力发展现状与影响因素探析 被引量:3

摘要 当前我国高等教育进入全面提高质量时代。教师作为大学教育活动的组织者、教学方法的实施者和教育目标的实现者,在教育教学中占有主导地位,在人才培养、提高教学质量中肩负着无可替代的使命和责任。将当前高师院校教师的教学设计能力分为教学基本知识与技能、教学设计、教学管理和教学评价四个维度,通过现状调研和大数据分析,可以揭示当前高师院校教师教学能力存在的问题,为进一步实施教学能力培训提供数据支持。 Teachers are the organizers of the university educational activities, the executors of teaching meth- ods and the achievers of teaching objectives. In this research, a questionnaire was designed to investigate teachers' teaching ability based on the four aspects---teaching basic knowledge and skills, instructional design, teaching ad- ministration and instructional evaluation. After the investigation and data analysis, it is discovered that some prob- lems are existing in pre-training and post-training among normal college teachers. This study focuses on the analysis of the insufficiency and the impact factors on teachers' teaching design ability, administrative ability and teaching evaluating ability. Therefore, this research attempts to provide a positive cultural soil to improve college teachers teaching ability.
