On the Exploitation the of Rural Labor Force in Western China

西部农村人力资源丰富 ,但劳动力整体素质比较低 ,这已成为制约西部农村经济发展的“瓶颈”。开发西部农村人力资源要从农村基础教育抓起 ;重视和加强农村职业教育与成人教育 ;通过多种形式和途径拓宽农村青年接受高等教育的渠道 ,培养大批西部农村经济建设能留得住。

In the rural areas of Western China, there is a rich labor force, but their competence is inadequate, this has already become the bottle-neck of economic development there. The exploitation of the rural labor force would be carried out by education in a variety of approaches to foster those who are competent and willing to devote themselves to the construction there.
