随着网络时代的快速发展,教师与科研人员对科技信息的汲取与需求不断提高,传统图书馆的单一管理模式面临着新的挑战。文章分析了高校图书馆的现状,并提出当前管理模式存在的诸多问题,有针对性地提出相应的对策及创新建议。

With the rapid development of the internet era,teachers and researchers have a increasing demand to the information of science and technology. The single management mode of traditional library is faced with new challenges. This paper analyzes the present situation of university library,and puts forward some problems existing in the current management mode. It also gives the countermeasures and suggestions of innovation in order to solve the problems.
