摘要
随着油气田地面工程对安全生产的要求越来越高,对工程设计和工程建设质量提出了更高要求。管线敏感性压力试验是现场检验设备和材料质量的重要手段之一,对避免酸性环境使用不合格材料引发事故具有重要意义。以A井场为例,通过敏感性压力试验及时分析投产前橇装系统的安全可靠性,结果显示橇装系统材料发生开裂,取下开裂材料进行实验室检测,分析不合格原因并及时调整替换,保障了气田后续安全运行,更为酸性环境敏感性压力试验积累了应用经验。
Qualified equipment and materials are an important guarantee of oil and gas field surface engineering construction quality and sensitivity pressure test on oil and gas pipelines is one of the important means for on-site quality inspection on equipment and materials,which is crucial to reduce probability of accident happening due to defective materials in H_2S-containing gas field surface construction.Taking sensitivity pressure test on skid-mounted systems in well site A for example,analyzed was the system safety and reliability through sensitivity pressure test before it was put into production and found out were cracks existing in materials of skid-mounted systems used in sour environments.Conducted was laboratory testing on such materials and it was found that there would be some risks if the systems made of such materials with cracks were put into operation.Replacement of the defective materials guaranteed subsequent safe operation of the gas field,which has accumulated valuable application experience for sensitivity pressure test.
