摘要
文章是对B公司供应链绩效进行研究,对B公司的供应商与销售商进行评价,分析B公司本身及其整体供应链的关键绩效因素,并通过对管理方式的改进,整合产品的供应链,形成有效的竞争力,以在日益激烈的商业环境中形成自身的优势,达到更高的企业竞争能力。最后为B公司制定一套完善合理的供应链绩效评估的指标体系,使之形成一个健全又有效的供应链管理模式。
This paper is to study B company supply chain performance, suppliers and vendors of company B evaluation, key performance factors of B company itself and the whole supply chain, and through the improvement of management mode, supply chain integration, form the effective competition, to form their own advantage in the increasingly fierce business environment to higher competitive ability of enterprise. Finally for B company formulated a set of reasonable and perfect supply chain performance evaluation index system, so as to form a sound and effective supply chain management mode.
