摘要
汽车供应链的复杂性和不确定性导致了供应链上各企业在合作的过程中面临着诸多风险。文章针对汽车制造企业供应链的特点,识别出供应链企业在合作过程中存在的供应商风险、销售商风险、合作过程风险和信息风险等四类风险,然后构建了风险评价指标体系,运用三角白化权函数对指标进行评价,并通过算例验证了其可行性,对汽车企业进行有效地控制风险提供了参考。
The complexity and uncertainty of the supply chain of the supply chain have resulted in many risks in the process of the cooperation of supply chain enterprises. According to the characteristics of automobile manufacturing enterprise supply chain, the article identify four types of risk which existing in the process of cooperation of enterprises in the supply chain: the supplier risk, retailers' risk, cooperation risk and information risk, then build the risk evaluation index system, the index were evaluated by applying triangular whitening weight function, and the examples are given to verify the feasibility, and provide a reference to the automobile enterprise to risk control effectively.
