广州大学城生物岛隧道服务水平评价分析

Analysis of the Level of Service for Guangzhou Higher Education Mega Center Biological Island Tunnel

城市道路服务水平是衡量交通流运行条件下驾驶员和乘客所感受的服务质量的一项指标。文章在分析广州大学城隧道影响道路服务水平因素的基础上,综合考虑服务水平影响因素以及评价指标的模糊性,运用层次分析法来确定大学城生物岛隧道服务水平的主要影响因素以及其权重,并且采用模糊综合评价方法评价其服务水平。最后运用VISSIM仿真生物岛实际状况,获取服务服务水平指标参数。通过实际计算结果与仿真结果进行对比,最终确立生物岛隧道服务水平。

Urban traffic level of service is an indicator measuring the traffic operating conditions as well as the quality of service which the driver and passengers feel. Based on analyzing factors that affect the level of service for Guangzhou Higher Education Mega Center biological island tunnel and the fuzzy attribute of factors and assessment index, then used the Analytical Hierarchy Process（ AHP） to confirm the main factors and weight numbers, and a fuzzy comprehensive assessment method is proposed to evaluate its service level. Finally using VISSIM simulation of the actual condition of biological island tunnel, obtain indicator parameters of service level. Through the practical calculation results and simulation results were compared, the final establishment of biological island tunnel service level.
