摘要
当前我国MPA教育中存在着三个方面的不足:实践性不足,与学术型硕士教育差异不大;地方性不足,比较缺乏地方特色的教育内容;选择性不足,难以满足学员多样化的专业方向需要。为增强MPA教育的实践性,应当采用师资"走出去、请进来"双向交流的办法;为增强MPA教育的地方性,关键在于从MPA培养的课程设置、地方性实践教学平台、案例选择等方面进行改进;为增强MPA学员的可选择性,不同MPA培养单位的专职师资应当进行专业化分工与校际共享,实现师资资源的高效配置。
The paper displayed the three challenges in China's MPA education: lack of practicality with little difference between MPA and academic programs; deficiency of locality with courses not customized for local demand; and lack of selection with courses not sufficiently diversified for student's needs. To meet these challenges, it assumes that specific steps are taken to promote transcampus faculty exchange, renovation of curricular setup, local internship platform and case selection, as well as specialization and restructure of academic resources across universities.
